Any billing questions, reports of missed pickups, requests for collection container repairs or other service issues should be also directed to Waste Pro customer service, not the Town.
There are two ways to contact Waste Pro. You can call Customer Service at 954-282-6800, or you can click the trac EZ image below to access their online system and enter the information about your problem. Be sure to select the Incident Type: complaint, compliment or request.
For multi-family properties, a property manager should put his or her name in the First Name box and the property name in the Last Name box.
Misses should be resolved the same day or the next day, depending on when reported to Waste Pro.
Requests for a cart repair should be completed within two (2) work days; for dumpsters, four (4) work days.
For all other issues, Waste Pro has up to five (5) work days to resolve the issue.
Before you report a missed pickup, ask yourself these questions:
1. Is this the correct pickup day for my cart? (e.g. putting recycling out on Monday or Tuesday would be the wrong day).
2. Was my cart out at the correct time? (by 7AM the day of pickup).
