The Town's Deputy Town Manager and Public Works Director is Ken Rubach. He began his municipal government career in Illinois and has more than a decade of experience working in the public sector. Ken was an Administrative Analyst (Oak Forest, IL), Assistant to the Public Works Director, and Public Works Supervisor (Village of Bensenville, IL).
Just prior to coming to the Town of Lauderdale-By-The-Sea in December 2018, Ken was the Assistant Director of Public Works for the City of Wood Dale, IL. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree and a Master’s Degree in Political Science from Illinois State University.
