Responsibilities

Town Clerk Tedra Allen is Lauderdale-By-The-Sea's official Custodian of Public Records and strives to provide accurate information and Town documents to residents and other members of the public who request Town information.

The Town Clerk's Office also:

  • Prepares and publishes meeting agendas.
  • Produces Town Commission meeting minutes.
  • Helps coordinate Town elections.
  • Maintains official Town records.
  • Maintains the Town’s Municipal Code of Ordinances
